zero tolerance

When my dog ate my homework
When I blurted out my thoughts
When I decided to do nothing
When I quit because I hurt
When I insulted instead of helped
When I insisted on my way
When I kicked instead of lifted
When I ran out of excuses
Zero tolerance was appropriate
but only for myself.

Re: zero tolerance

Too often we insist on others "toeing the line" while making excuses for our own misbehavior.
