    Changing the Focus

    The traditional religious Leadership often has the AIM of: "Protect the Truth."

    Godly-Quality Managers have the AIM of: "Help everybody use their God-given talents attempting great things to God's glory."

    Those AIMs are equally valid, but opposite ways of approaching religious management.
