    Keep in mind your Goal

    Facilitation changes in regards to what level it's being applied: 1-on-1, small group, congregation, regional, national, world-wide!  The game changes depending upon what level at which you're playing!  But the Goal remains the same: to "grease the wheels" by which desired results can be obtained where otherwise the wheels would "freeze-up" and you'd be stopped in your tracks!  The tools and techniques may vary, but the Goal remains the same: helping others together get to where they want to go.

    Of course this doesn't stop or disregard individual creative efforts---just helps take away roadblocks, provide support, and connect up needed other people such that both individual and group efforts can be successful, which otherwise would not be able to proceed.
