Quality is in the eye of the beholder

Quality is in the eye of the beholder.  Assuming one knows the mind of the beholder is arrogant and frequently wrong.  To know what a person really needs, one must ask.  Those that assume by authority or arrogance to know the minds of their "customers" risk losing those followers.  This holds true in business, school, non-profits, families, and churches!

Sure, some people will "hang in there," often from a sense of duty---but those whose valid needs are not met will leave.

Re: Quality is in the eye of the beholder

I think at least 100 times everyday, I wish you would have come to Vancouver for Aitbaars filming after our phorum.  Supriya didnt have to introduce me, I would have introduced myself as a member of your extended family.  I just feel there is far more love and respect you have for us now than before.   You always had, we just found out first time during KBC and now through this phorum.
