Quality Godly Management

Quality is in the eye of the beholder, i.e. the "customer."  Religion normally operates the opposite to Quality: i.e. telling the believer what he or she needs.  In Creative-TheologyTM, however, the opposite occurs---where the Church Leaders operate to meet the true spiritual needs of the members as the members define such (within the enabling boundaries of RURBAH: reason, utility, respect, beauty, and honor); via Facilitive Leadership that helps people to use their God-given talents.  Quality management techniques (particularly those used by Jesus as seen in the Gospels of the New Testament) are exercised: empowerment, small teams, mutual respect, etc.  This creates a highly creative and enjoyable environment vs the often-rigid, repetative, imposed, and boring environment of many churches.
